F1 Ocon Praises Alpine For Changes After Voicing Discontent

F1: Ocon praises Alpine for changes after voicing discontent

Alpine driver Esteban Ocon has praised his team for making changes after he expressed his dissatisfaction with the car's performance.

Ocon had previously voiced his frustrations with the team, saying that the car was not good enough to challenge for podiums or race wins. However, following a series of changes made by the team, Ocon has said that he is now much happier with the car's performance.

In a recent interview, Ocon said: "I think the team has done a great job in making some changes to the car. I'm much happier with the way the car is performing now. I think we can now challenge for podiums and race wins."

Ocon's comments come after a strong performance from Alpine in the recent Canadian Grand Prix. Ocon finished the race in fifth place, while his teammate Fernando Alonso finished in seventh place.

Alpine's strong performance in Canada has given the team hope that they can challenge for the top three in the constructors' championship. The team is currently fifth in the constructors' championship, but they are only 10 points behind third-placed McLaren.

Ocon's praise for Alpine is a sign that the team is moving in the right direction. If Alpine can continue to make progress, they could be a major threat to the top teams in the constructors' championship.
